If we feel there’s a mutual fit, we will explain the entire process from start to finish. Our mission is to give you a transparent look into the logistical facets, priorities, timeline and budget so that you feel informed and enthusiastic about what will unfold throughout the process.
We bring a concierge-level approach to each partnership, which means you’ll enjoy the support of our team as designers but also as project managers to ensure no production detail is overlooked. We can seamlessly integrate into an established team, or will tap our roster of top architects, builders and custom artisans to assemble the best group of creative partners who share a like-minded commitment to quality and detail.
The Proposal
Our mission is to blend our passion for customized design concepts with your goals and vision for your space. We will develop a tailored proposal that clearly illustrates the project deliverables as well as the nuts and bolts of what to expect from a billing and production standpoint. With your feedback and approval we jump right in.
The Research
Before we dive into design, we ensure a clear understanding of your program and aesthetic goals are understood and documented. We will revisit your property and take an even closer look at the structural and spatial needs - measuring everything wall to wall - with our trade partners alongside.
The Concept
The information gained in the previous steps will allow us to create a personalized design concept which will be presented for your input and feedback. This concept is integral in our design process as it will act as the foundation for all future decisions, so that every choice feels deliberate no matter the scope.
Design Development
From our diligent research, our team creates a schematic design that integrates floor plans and furniture options, perspective drawings and technical renderings. We source real products, textiles and materials that will give you a sense of tone and energy that aligns with our creative concept. It helps us as designers to define the space while giving you a few highly curated options to explore. With your feedback, we will make thoughtful refinements and begin the project management phase as our plans are put into action.
Project Management
We are advocates for our clients - and part of that means protecting your investment throughout the entire project. Once the final design plan has been solidified, we will gather quotes on your behalf for all outsourced needs; from upholstery to window treatments, artisan makers to contractors. We will vet each one and settle on a team who we feel appreciates the vision and will respect your needs along the way. With our team at the helm, we look to alleviate the stresses that any home design or new construction project comes with - including the tedious process of contract negotiations.
The Install
Like a well-oiled machine, we believe everyone has an important role in the success of your project. We facilitate all communication and develop customized timelines to our extended team of trade partners to ensure a flawless final product. This helps ensure that regardless of scope or size of your project, every team feels prepared and united by a common set of expectations. On-site, we supervise this finely orchestrated series of installations and, once finished, will make final styling enhancements with accessories and artwork. You’ll be able to integrate into your new space or home seamlessly and we hope with a new perspective on the importance of our environments.
